This page explains how A Spark Consulting LLC ("A Spark Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit asparkconsult.com or interact with us through services like Calendly and LinkedIn. We've tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, you can reach out using the methods at the bottom of this page.
1. Who we are
A Spark Consulting is a qualitative research and human-centered design firm based in the United States, founded by Asad Bandeali. We work with foundations, governments, and mission-driven organizations.
This privacy policy applies to information we collect through our website and through tools we use to communicate with prospects and clients (Calendly, LinkedIn, email).
2. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- When you book a discovery call via Calendly: your name, email address, and any answers you provide to the questions on our Calendly booking form (such as your organization, role, and the topic you'd like to discuss).
- When you message us on LinkedIn: the contents of your message, plus any profile information LinkedIn shows us according to LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
- When you contact us by email: your email address, name (if provided), and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our analytics tools collect technical and usage information automatically, including:
- Pages you view and the order you view them in
- The website or source that referred you (e.g., LinkedIn, Google search)
- Approximate location (country and region, derived from your IP address — we do not see your precise address)
- Browser, device type, and operating system
- How long you spent on the site and which links you clicked
This information is collected by Google Analytics 4 in an aggregated, pseudonymous form. We do not see your name, email, or other identifying details from analytics — only patterns across visitors.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your discovery call requests and follow up after our conversations
- Provide consulting services to organizations that engage us
- Improve our website by understanding what content visitors find useful

- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
What we do not do: we do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for marketing purposes unless you've affirmatively asked to hear from us.
4. Who we share information with
